Q1. Can I get something sent to me in exchange for my returned item so I don’t have to pay shipping again?
We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges. Store credit gift codes are issued for all returns. When your return is received and approved via Easy Return ,you will be issued a store credit gift code to return to the website and purchase item(s) of choice. Original shipping cost will not be included in the store credit gift code amount unless the item is being returned due to wrong item received, or damaged item received.

Q3. Where do I send my returns?
For return must contact us directly at preciselyuniqueboutique@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization, which will include return details. Please include order number, and reason for the return.
Q4. How do I redeem my store credit?
When placing an order online you will enter the gift code (sent via email) at check out to redeem your store credit.

Q6. What if I receive a defective product?
We always want to ensure we are sending our customer the best quality item as we do check all items before they are shipped out, but if you receive a defective item please contact us via email at preciselyuniqueboutique@gmail.com for return details. We will be glad to replace the item.
Q7. How do I track my order?
When orders are shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Orders can be track through USPS/UPS.
Q8. Do you provide International delivery?
We do provide international delivery, but additional shipping fees will be applied.
