EASY RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you Enjoy your purchase! In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please return merchandise within 5 business days of receipt. Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping cost of all returns. Any orders received that is postmarked after the 5th day of order delivery will be refused and returned to the customer at the customers expense. 

 

Items must be Unworn and must have original tags (if applicable) to receive credit. Please note that if the seams are damaged (i.e stretched) or if there are any stains, deodorant stains, perfume, smoke or other odors on the returned item it will not be accepted and will be returned to you, as we will not be able to accept in these cases. 

 

No REFUNDS for final sale items or items returned after the 5th day of authorization date. NO EXCEPTION! 

 

We can not assume responsibility for return packages lost or damaged in transit, and we recommend you insure your package for the full purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees, including postage and insurance cost, as well as the original shipping and handling charges.

 

CLEARANCE & MARK-DOWN ITEMS: Final sale. No refunds or exchanges are given.  If you would like to return a clearance or mark-down item, you may do so for a store credit only

  

 If we have shipped you the wrong item or a defective item we will ship you out a new item and take care of all shipping fees at no cost to you. Please email us a photo letting us know immediately so that we may handle this as quickly as possible. 

There's no need to contact us to return your items. Here's what you can do: 

1. Include in your package your full name, order number and email address.
2. Put your item(s) and your reason for return inside a shipping bag/box.
3. Take the package to your local shipping service.
 
Optional: We strongly recommend adding tracking so you are able to track it back to our location just in case it’s lost. Adding insurance is an option as well. We will not be responsible for lost packages.
